The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) operates the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on an Agent basis for the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. The purpose of this project is to call for proposed approach and pricing to compile high-level pre-feasibility business cases for individual business concepts proposed for inclusion/developments within the NMB Stadium Precinct.
