This Business Plan is informed by the MBDA Board of Directors vision of a developmental-oriented agency with key focus on projects and programmes that have a catalytic and transformational impact.

The annually approved Business Plan is therefore the implementation guide for the MBDA and also forms the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) for a specific financial year and are approved by the Board. The projects planned for the 2018/19 financial year therefore responds to the vison, mission and strategic objectives of the MBDA and are contained within the IDP of its parent municipality Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
