The MBDA requires a professional consultant to provide civil engineering services to design, document and implement the EXTENSION 12 PLAY PARK IN HELENVALE. 

• The Professional Consultant allocated to the project must be well versed with the environmental conditions of Helenvale,

• Must conduct a topographic survey in including the design of a,

5 aside soccer turf made of concrete including a netball court,

• Fence the facility with 1.8m clear-view or similar fence with a concrete walkway and,

• Design concrete stand for play equipment with fall protection as per municipal standards.

• The Main Applicant must be a registered civil engineer / technologist.

The MBDA seeks quotes from accredited service providers to supply quotes on the following:

The MBDA is looking for a visual artist experienced with conceptualising, producing, and installing public art murals to be done at the Helenvale Youth Centre located at corner of Aries and Virgo Street

The required service is as follows:

1. Developing the concept for the public art (mural) through a participatory workshop with the youth of helenvale that uses the Youth Centre facility. The workshop must be a two-day hands-on workshop for twenty participants and the outcome of which will be a design for the artwork that the visual artists will refine.

2. Installation of the public art mural by the visual artist will be on the two containers, the free-standing wall and the outdoor tables and chairs at the Youth Centre. The visual artist will be working with two aspiring visual artists from the community that the MBDA project manager will source as labourers on the project while they are learning from the lead visual artist.

Minimum requirements:
