The MBDA seeks the services of a suitable qualified service provider for the Supply, delivery and installation of 400m of:

  • BetaView (or similar approved) PVC Coated 2.4 meter High fence with posts 2.4 m high.
  • Bundle: Bekafix (or similar approved) Secure Post - PVC coated
  • Bekafix (or similar approved) 70 x 44 x 1,6mm thick x 3000 mm long PVC coated
  • Mini Spider Bracket SS
  • M8 x 25 x 2mm washer SS
  • M8 Shear nut SS
  • M8 x 50 Cup square SS
  • Bekafix  (or similar approved) Cap

 

Panels:

  • 3510 Singleskin (or similar approved)3D PVC MTS Height 2400, Width 3050mm
  • Touch up paint (Spray specified by supplier)
  • 100mm High Serrated Top Rail, tooth spike 2.5mm thick x 3050mm
  • Top Rail Accessories M8 x 30 Cup square, Washer, Shear nut SS

Installation to be done in New Brighton, Sheya Kulati.

It is recommended that the appointed Service provider must sub-contract 30% of the works to a local EME after award.

The Mandela Bay Development Agency calls for a quotation in regards to:

Tramways Building Cleaning of hall (1200 square meters) Left Wing (300 square meters) and the cleaning of Toilets and Ablutions.

These venues are used for mainly events from Monday to Monday. Most of the times the client would setup the day before the main event.  It is highly likely that there would be back-to-back events on some weekends and some seasons.  Cleaning of the above would therefore be required in-between these consecutive events. 

The Client has got the access to the venue from 08h00 until 23h00 and therefore needs the hall cleaned before the starting time and after the finishing times
