Mandela Bay Business Chamber on Wednesday ushered in a new leadership period,
welcoming its new board members elected at its Annual General Meeting (AGM)
held at Elizabeth Place in Port Elizabeth.

the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber constitution, new office bearers –
including a new president, two deputies and a treasurer – will be elected at
the first meeting of the new board, planned for later this month on May 28.
president Mandla Madwara thanked his two outgoing deputies; David Powels
previously of Volkswagen Group of South Africa and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan
University vice-chancellor Professor Derrick Swartz, for their support and leadership.
Outgoing honorary treasurer Greg Billson was also thanked by both Madwara and
Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber chief executive Kevin Hustler for over six
years of dedicated service in this key position at the Chamber.
